A career diplomat from Taiwan, he has served as all levels of diplomatic posts both at home and in foreign countries, promoting political, economic, educational, health, agricultural collaborations with the governments concerned and NGOs. He had worked in Chennai, Tamil Nadu as the Director-General (Consul-General) of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Center in Chennai from 2015 to 2020 before he assumed the Respresentative (Ambassador) of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Myanmar in early 2020. He owns MA and Juris Doctor degrees, and is currently a Ph.D. Research Scholar.
